Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to develop the foundation every athlete needs to compete at a high level. We focus on building total-body strength, improving movement quality, and increasing durability to reduce injury risk.

Athletes train in a structured, high-energy environment led by master trainers with professional and collegiate experience, ensuring every rep has purpose. This isn’t random lifting — it’s intentional development built around proven performance systems.

Speed, Agility, & Skills Training

Speed changes everything. Our Speed, Agility & Skills program is built to help athletes improve acceleration, top-end speed, and game movement — while developing the coordination and confidence needed to dominate in competition.

Led by elite-level coaches with professional playing experience, athletes are trained using proven sprint mechanics, change-of-direction systems, and sport-specific movement patterns.

This is where athletes separate themselves.

What to expect:

  • Acceleration & sprint mechanics training

  • Agility and change-of-direction drills

  • High-tempo, competitive group sessions

Who it’s for:
Athletes ages 5–21 who want to get faster, more explosive, and more confident in their sport.

Group training will be broken down into age groups and levels of experience.

Personalized Training

Whether training individually or in a small, focused group, athletes work directly with our master trainers and professional-level coaches to receive detailed instruction, real-time feedback, and intentional programming designed to accelerate results.

Adult Classes

Train for the Body You Want. Move Like the Athlete You Were.

Remember when you felt explosive, strong, mobile, and capable? Our Adult Athlete Fitness program is built for former athletes and motivated adults who want more than traditional workouts. Through structured, coach-led sessions that blend strength training, speed, agility, plyometrics, conditioning, and athletic movement patterns, we help adults rebuild athleticism, improve mobility, and get back in elite shape.

This is not bootcamp fitness. This is athletic-based performance training for adults who want to move better, feel younger, and train with purpose in a high-energy environment.

Whether you’re a former athlete, competitive adult, busy parent, or simply someone ready to challenge yourself again — this class is designed for all skill levels and built to help you perform better in and out of the gym.

Membership Options

  • 5 Days/Week – $500/month
    Includes FREE Saturday morning session

  • 3 Days/Week – $300/month

  • 1 Day/Week – $100/month
    (No open gym access included)

  • Drop-In Rate – $30/session
