At True Development, our memberships are designed to give athletes consistent, structured training that supports their growth in every area of performance.

Our classes cover everything athletes need to succeed, including speed, agility, strength, conditioning, skills development, balance, and coordination — all in an environment that is focused, positive, and built for progress.

Age-Specific Training Groups

Athletes are placed into age-appropriate groups to ensure they receive the right level of instruction, attention, and challenge. Each group class session is coached with intention so every athlete continues to improve and build confidence over time. Athletes Ages 5-10 ( Little Ballers), Athletes ages 10-14 ( JV), & Athletes ages 14+( Varsity) have separate classes to ensure they get the proper style training environment and competition.

Flexible Membership Options

We offer multiple membership options to fit your schedule and commitment level:

  • Drop Ins - No commitment or membership required

  • Month-to-Month — flexible option with no long-term commitment

  • 6-Month Membership — designed for consistent progress and development

  • 12-Month Membership — best for long-term growth and maximizing results

Training Frequency

Athletes can choose how often they train each week:

  • 1 day per week

  • 2 days per week

  • 3 days per week

  • Unlimited weekly training

These options allow families to choose a plan that aligns with their athlete’s goals and availability.

  • Baseball/Softball Cage rentals ( Full length cages available)

Give your athlete the focused attention they need to grow with private 1-on-1 training led by Coach TD, certified coach and co-owner of True Development Sports Performance.

Coach TD brings a high-level background in athlete development as a former professional football player, current Team USA Flag Football athlete, and experienced performance coach. His sessions are built to meet each athlete where they are while pushing them toward measurable improvement.

Whether your athlete needs sport-specific skill work, speed and agility training, strength development, movement mechanics, or overall athletic confidence, Coach TD will create a focused training experience designed to help them improve, compete, and grow.

Private training is ideal for athletes who are serious about taking the next step in their development. Coach TD is Well Versed in sports development and general wellness.

Coach Ferg brings a high-level background in athlete development as a former Division 1 athlete, nationally recognized youth coach, and experienced performance coach with athletes who have competed at every level from youth sport to professional sports leagues. His sessions currently focus on sprint mechanics, speed, agility, and the necessary foundations for speed and speed development. Coach Ferg also specializes in Skill position football training and Sprinting mechanics. Coach Ferg has helped hundreds of athletes get faster and stronger, many of which who have went on to be scholarship athletes and professionals.

Whether your athlete needs sport-specific skill work or general speed and agility training Coach Ferg will create a focused training experience designed to help them improve, compete, and grow.

      Athletes are pushed, encouraged, and developed in a space built for growth and confidence.

      Members can take advantage of additional training time outside of scheduled classes.

    Optional Add-Ons

    For athletes looking for more individualized attention, we also offer:

    • 1-on-1 personal training

    • Private group training

    • Team training sessions

    These services are available for an additional cost.

  • Yes, you can upgrade your membership prior to the renewal of your upcoming next payment. However, downgrading your sessions requires a formal email at least two weeks prior to the renewal.

  • Yes! We’re always expanding with new courses and offerings for our athletes. However, training blocks are science based and structured so some variability will take time to implement.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled with a one month in advanced notice. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle; however, some charges will apply for 6 month and 12 month early cancellations. Please review your contract for details. Failure to pay can and will result in legal efforts to collect funds.

  • Absolutely, our coaches offer small group private sessions for groups of 3-10 athletes at $75 a person. Groups of 2 or less athletes would be considered private 1-on-1 training which can be booked on the website above this FAQ.

    Small group sessions can be booked through a simple email to support@truedevelopment.net. There is a 4 session minimum for small groups. Sessions can be sports specific and programming can be customized to the clients request! Schedule your small group session today!
