Age-Specific Training
Athletes are placed into age-appropriate groups to ensure they receive the right level of instruction, attention, and challenge. Each session is coached with intention so every athlete continues to improve and build confidence over time.
Flexible Membership Options
We offer multiple membership options to fit your schedule and commitment level:
Month-to-Month — flexible option with no long-term commitment
6-Month Membership — designed for consistent progress and development
12-Month Membership — best for long-term growth and maximizing results
Training Frequency
Athletes can choose how often they train each week:
1 day per week
2 days per week
3 days per week
Unlimited weekly training
These options allow families to choose a plan that aligns with their athlete’s goals and availability.

Remember when you felt explosive, strong, mobile, and capable? Our Adult Athlete Fitness program is built for former athletes and motivated adults who want more than traditional workouts. Through structured, coach-led sessions that blend strength training, speed, agility, plyometrics, conditioning, and athletic movement patterns, we help adults rebuild athleticism, improve mobility, and get back in elite shape.
This is not bootcamp fitness. This is athletic-based performance training for adults who want to move better, feel younger, and train with purpose in a high-energy environment.
Whether you’re a former athlete, competitive adult, busy parent, or simply someone ready to challenge yourself again — this class is designed for all skill levels and built to help you perform better in and out of the gym.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership prior to the renewal of your upcoming next payment. However, downgrading your sessions requires a formal email at least two weeks prior to the renewal.

Yes! We’re always expanding with new courses and offerings for our athletes. However, training blocks are science based and structured so some variability will take time to implement.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled with a one month in advanced notice. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle; however, some charges will apply for 6 month and 12 month early cancellations. Please review your contract for details. Failure to pay can and will result in legal efforts to collect funds.
